A big team in at Sunday workouts

After an already busy week of racing, Sunday is definitely not a day off for the stable this week. With workouts at both Mt Hutt and Rangiora and stable runners at both it will test the stable staff.

Hurricane Bromac and Montecrengle will both go to the grass track workouts at Methven, with next weekend's Waikouaiti Cup firmly in mind for both. Blazin N Cullen will also step out on the grass as will maidens Nikola and Monaco Bromac.

The Rangiora Workouts will be part of of the preparation for next week's Ashburton meeting for 2yr old colt Return To Sender and 3yr old fillies Kabet and Surfin Swift. Return To Sender has been set for the $25,000 Group 3 Sapling Stakes, while Kabet and Surfin Swift will target the Nevele R Fillies Heat. Lumos, a good winner on the 1st day at Nelson will also go around at Rangiora.
