Lead in to upcoming premier racing

A huge weekend for the stable kicks off at Addington this evening with 7 runners engaged. The return of Jivin Cullen is certainly the highlight of what will hopefully be another successful night.

John gives his take on the night:

Race 2 - Blazin N Cullen - "He is poorly drawn, but in great form and very well. We will look to get a drag into it and if things pan out he is definitely an eachway hope."

Race 6 - Mashika - "She is a nice filly and her work has been good. The draw makes things more difficult, but hopefully she can get a bit of it".

Race 8 - Jivin Cullen, Radar and Samuel James - "It is great to have Jivin Cullen back on the track. It is a small field and he is the only one drawn the frontline. His stand start manners are superb. He should just win".

Radar and Samuel have been super consistent in this grade over a number of weeks. Radar's manners could well see him trail. Samuel's driving tactics have varied of late, but he continues to put in regardless. Both are good place chances.

Race 9 - Elios - "The draw isn't flash, but he must still be a good hope especially if they go hard. He has heaps of ability, but is still learning what this game is all about. Definitely an eachway chance".

Race 11 - Hurricane Bromac - "While the form appears average on paper, he has been racing some good sorts. I've got some options from the draw. If he has a bit of luck can place".

Saturday - Winton

Kabet (Race 8), looks thrown into this one after her effortless win at Addington last start. Her work has been good and she just keeps getting better and better.

Sunday - Akaroa

Race 4 - Caesar's Flame - "We have only had the horse for a week.  He was a good winner two back and then last start dropped away after a hard run in front. Hopefully he goes a good race for Jason".

Race 10 - Neve Franco - "Is back after a short let-up. Has been working well and has performed with credit on the grass previously. I am expecting a good run".
