    He is currently the top driver in the US by stake-earnings and has driven a number of champion horses during his career. This evening at The Meadowlands, Dexter will combine one last time with three champions of the sport, that will retire following their respective races this evening.

  • Our champion reinsman from Down Under scored his third Breeders Crown win last night at Harrah's Hoosier Park with 2yo filly Fire Start Hanover scoring by the narrowest of margins. Trained by ex-pat NZer "Nifty" Norman, this win has set up a phenomenal weekend for Dexter who has an amazing book of drives on the second night of the Breeders Crown this evening (afternoon NZT).

  • Four Breeders Crowns for our Dex. You're not bad mate!
    Following a great start to the weekend for Dexter yesterday, winning his third Breeders Crown with Fire Start Hanover (after two won in 2019), it was always today that presented some amazing opportunities for the Cantabrian. A win with Manchego in the first Breeders Crown of the day, was the catalyst for a great day's performance and the start of a three win haul in the Breeders Crown.

  • Party Girl Hill just keeps doing what she does best
    It was the first night of Breeders Crown eliminations at Harrah's Hoosier Park and the champion filly Party Girl Hill again did what she does best, winning her elimination in 1.50.1. The win was her 14th, from just 14 lifetime starts and only confirms that she will start the shortest of favourites in next weeks Breeders Crown for the three year old fillies.

    It is that time of year again, Breeders Crown elimination weekend, this year held at Harrah's Hoosier Park Indiana. Dexter has a big weekend ahead and warmed up for the weekend with three wins on the track this afternoon, including Fortify for Nancy Takter in 1.47.3.

    After the last two weekends in Kentucky, Dexter is back much closer to home this weekend, driving at the old haunts of Harrah's Philadelphia and the Meadowlands. Well both meetings are generally lower key cards, Dexter does have good books at both.

  • The unbeaten Party Girl Hill continues to lodge a strong claim for Horse Of The Year
    Hightstown, NJ — Three-year-old pacing colt Tall Dark Stranger remained No. 1 in the Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll, holding a 10-point lead over 3-year-old pacing filly Party Girl Hill, who moved from third to second. Each horse won a division of the Tattersalls Pace last week at Red Mile, with Party Girl Hill becoming the second pacing filly in 30 years to defeat male rivals in a race worth at least $100,000.
