Addington - Friday
It is a relatively quiet night for us this evening, with just the five runners to go around. All runners are in form though and will represent us well.
Race Five - Somekindawonderful
The two runs since resuming have been good. Tonight's draw is a big help and should see him on the pace, or in front early. From there he will get his chance. He represents a great each-way chance. The toughest opposition is likely to come from an impressive last start winner in Storm from the Mitchell Kerr stable, while Laver and Longview Lady are both in-form also.
Race Seven - Franco Niven
Franco Niven was rewarded for consistent performances last time out with a dominant win. He is back behind the gate here and up in class, but still looks well placed, even allowing for a wide draw. Providing he doesn't have to do too much work, he looks a major threat to the likely favourite Fabrizio.
Race Nine - Kensington Bill
Kensington Bill has run some nice races each time in his three starts back. He is handily drawn here in the race for the junior drivers and with a very in-form Korbyn Newman to combine. He must be accorded an each-way chance in what is an even affair. Percy, Tiebreaker and Team Kiwi are all form runners and are no doubt the toughest to beat.
Race Ten - Wyatt Waller and Soundslikeart
This is probably the most even race of the night and contains any number of winning chances. Both of our runners will be well represented amongst the favourites. Wyatt Waller has timed his runs perfectly at his last two starts. He is well drawn and has hot hands Korbyn to drive. He is a big chance here again. Soundslikeart is again off the unruly tonight. She was a little bit better mannered off the gate last time and ran home well. The tempo of the race was against. It is hard to measure one against the other, but in a race where there may be some required moves, Soundslikeart should get her chance and narrowly gets the nod. Toughest to beat will be A Delightful Act and Eastwood Ideal.
